Great customer service

I owned 2 different dishracks from simplehuman and both of them rusted but customer service was quick to replace them. The procedure was easy but just wish they wouldn't rust. The new one came with a wine glass holder, which is a nice addition. The one thing that I did not like about the new ones were the plate holders. They are now facing towards the center so it is very hard to place the plates in one direction and I feel you are not getting the best use out of the space. Also, the cup holder racks on the outer rim are not secured and cannot be pulled out or closed in. I did like that about my old ones in case I had bigger cups to hang.

Absolutely love it. It is sizable but it can hold so many dishes and cutlery. Love the drainage feature and wine glass holder. A big step up from other dish racks...
