I bought this drainer 2 - 3 years ago. It didn't live up to its promise and looked tarnished and dirty so I got in touch with Simple Human to complain about it. They replaced it no question asked. It does the job and the drainer underneath works well.

Just the Product Needed

Our new dishrack is functional and good looking at the same time. It does not take anything away from the appearance of our kitchen and kitchen counter. We a very pleased with this purchase.

Dish Rack Warranty

I have been using my first for dish rack for a little over two years I really think this product is well thought out and a great design. But after about two years of use I noticed the stainless steel coating around the cup hooks started to disintegrate. I contacted Simple Human and was advised that the rack is still under warranty. I was sent a shipping label within a few minutes to return the product. Simple Human sent out a new rack with in a week and a half. I missed the rack while it was gone. I have three Simple Human products in my home and really like the design of there products.

We love this dishrack! There is plenty of room for dishes and pots of various sizes. We have received several compliments on the dishrack too, which never happened before.

Most dish racks are cheap, ugly things that look worse over time. This one is sleek and modern, a real quality design that's well built and works better than any others I've used.
