Nothing falls out of openings because there aren’t any! Doesn’t smudge. Plenty of room for utensils. Water drips off into sink.

Nearly perfect

Having upgraded from an old simplehuman rack, I'm mostly pleased with the basic functions, but I wish there was a way that the drain spout could be moved to *either* of the long ends of the rack. This would provide a bit more choice on how the rack could be oriented on either side of a sink. I was a bit disappointed that it did not come with a knife block (previous models did) - and that finding it would not be easy on their website!

I love, love this dishrack and the wine rack is awesome (use at times to put towel on)- but have to admit a little disappointed that they no longer have it in the bamboo as it matched my cabinets perfect.

I had given up on dishracks!

Really, I had! I put out towels for hand-washed items. I love everything Simple Human designs, I decided to give this dishrack a try. WOW! Even my partner doesn't mind washing by hand now! The amount of stuff we can load it with, the brilliant draining device, and the pull out "shelf" for glassware drying, the removable utensil holder and even the fact that the whole thing sits above the counter so air circulates below the dishrack--it's all so intentional that hand-washing/drying now feels effortless. Truly! I never write reviews, but I am blown away that there is finally a dish rack and it's in my kitchen! Thank you Simple Human!

We have a high rise sink and it works wonderfully draining water out of the dish drainer.
