Nice bright light that is motion-activated. Magnification is perfect for applying makeup, etc. Mirror is rechargeable. Customer service is phenomenal. Highly recommend!!

Had the mirror for about a month now. Haven't experienced any problems. Right out of the box its ready to go. Nice Look, Well made. I purchased the brush stainless. It extends, moves side to side, and the mirrored itself pivots. So if your better half is taller or smaller that's a plus. I was lucky enough to find a stud for the placement. So the screws that were provided worked out perfectly. The only bad thing I can say is that cute little Mini screwdriver/Allen wrench that you get to tighten the set screws with is a little difficult to use once it's next to the wall and your ready to secure it. I used a regular angled allen wrench and it worked out perfectly. Nice addition for our master bedroom. Highly recommend!!

A couple ideas to get 6 stars!

Love this mirror!!! Great lighting and good quality. To make this product even better I have a couple recommendations.
1. Make it two sided. Reg on one and magnified on other.
2. To make it portable for travel, make the base able to side off brackets and attach to a table top base. I would love to take with me on vacation.
3. Include option to buy mini mirror with higher magnification like the small one included with stand up versions.
All these options could be updates for you.

Bought this and mounted it in the bathroom for my wife. She thinks it's a bit hard to pull out, but I think that'll loosen up over time. She loves how it just turns on as you face it and then turns off on its own too. And mostly, the magnification isn't too high which is very important. Mounting was easy enough although I'd prefer slightly stronger anchors as these are so soft that they start to strip at the very final turns.

Trouble staying charged

I have 3 Simplehuman mirrors. All of them have trouble holding a charge. It’s frustrating. Great mirrors otherwise.
