Nice style

The style is great looking and sleek! The sensor is ok, but have to reset it once a day. I do like that it's rechargeable.

We're glad that we were able to get in touch and resolve the issue together. If you find that your mirror is staying on longer than it should, simply cleaning the tinted sensor window with a soft cloth and rubbing alcohol should fix that problem. Cleaning the sensor with rubbing alcohol will ensure that false triggers are not caused from fingerprints, oils, hair sprays, makeup powders, etc.

I love this mirror. My old one stopped lighting and the company sent me a new mirror. I can’t see to shave well without it. I’d never want to be without it.

This mirror works exactly as described. The light is clear and even around the rim, and the mirror folds flat against the wall when not in use. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I loved this when I got it. Stylish, functional - everything you want. Soon, withIn a few months, the charge began to not hold. The motion sensor stopped working and none of the functions worked anymore. I recharge The mirror but have to switch the light on and off manually. The charge might last a day.

Love this product line! The mirror is perfect, gives great light and is not hard-wired giving great flexibility on where it can be mounted. Love it AND the adjustable shower caddy. Someone actually realized that shampoo bottles can be taller than the usual caddy’s allotment! Well done, simplehuman on both accounts:heavy_heart_exclamation_mark_ornament:️

BAD INSTALL KIT! Good mirror.

I love the mirror now that it is in but the installation was a nightmare. The screw kit provided has 2 screws for plaster wall board and 2 regular screws. The problem was, I thought what I had was what was needed to mount the mirror. I installed the plastic wall board screws as instructed then tried to install the wall mounting piece with the metal screws in the kit. These metal screws are too long and once they are screwed into the plastic, the plastic molds around the metal. The metal screw was an inch or so to long. When I tried to undo it, the plastic and metal screw came out together leaving gaping holes in my wall. I had to go the hardware store for the correct size metal screw. WHY CAN'T YOU INCLUDE 2 DIFFERENT SIZE METAL SCREWS IN THE KIT WITH A CORRECT SIZE SCREW FOR PLASTER BOARD? Wall holes are a drag.

When mounting the mirror on dry wall, the plastic anchors need to be penetrated by the metal screws in order to lock them in place and safely hold the mirror in place. The screws must be longer than the anchors in order to pierce through them per the design of the product.

We looked a long time before choosing this particular wall mount magnifying mirror by simplehuman. We purchased in 2015 and got several years daily use out of it when suddenly it began cutting on and off on it's own... that’s when we were super happy that it had a five-year warranty. simplehuman honored that warranty and we are now back up and running. I love the ease of use. The mirror swings out and tilts so that between my husband and me we can each angle it for our own height. It is a part of our daily routine to use this mirror as we groom ourselves, and I don’t want to be without it!
