We saw a mirror like this on our honeymoon and made mental notes strong enough to recall when it came time for my wife's next birthday. This mirror was easy to install and I love how the light come on as soon as you swing it around to your face, never in the way and always ready. I have had it probably a month use it everyday still no re charge...Love it!

Great packaging, sleek design--if only it would work the way it should. It sometimes worked if plugged in. We tried all the troubleshooting suggestions before contacting Customer Support (who took a week to reply), and Support only copied/pasted the same troubleshooting suggestions. Both Product and Support are not worth the price.
