Good but 1st one unreliable

This is actually the 2nd of the same mirror that I purchased about a year ago. After a couple of months it was very dim so I called customer service and they said to send in (they provided a paid label) and they put in a new battery. Then about 3 weeks ago the mirror would not hold a charge so I called them again and they just sent me a new one and a label to return the old one, which I did. I love this mirror and with the 5-year warranty so far all as been taken care of. The customer service people are great and hopefully this new mirror will be trouble free!

I bought this mirror because I liked the one my daughter
purchased. Since I bought it I returned it once for repair and now I am having trouble with the sensor light going off.
I hope the second new mirror you sent me will work correctly.

Fabulous & Bright

Best mirror ever! My grandmother passed on her DNA including some lovely chin hairs I've been plucking for decades. Since getting lasik, I don't see up close so well anymore (but I can spot a fly on a donkey a mile away) and miss those hairs until they get long. Not anymore! This is the best mirror, bright light and clear mirror quality. Almost a month in and have not had to recharge the mirror....fabulous and easy installation.

Absolutely love this mirror. I have it wall mounted and I simply get close and it lights up for me. I can see everything clearly!!

Frustrating

Well made ..lighting works well..mounting system difficult to tighten set screws teloscopic arm difficult. to slide in and out. Lubricated with wd40 per your orep and still difficult to slide in and out. Would I buy another ? I doubt it. For the money paid to aggrevating trying to wrestle extension arm

Perfect, high quality mirror and superior light

I love everything about the wall mount rechargeable sensor mirror. From an installation standpoint, the hardware is well designed, secure, and easy to install correctly.
The mirror surface is flawless, the light quality is superior to any mirror we have ever had. Telescoping and tilting mechanism are well made.
