Disappointing and Died, didn't listen to reviews

It is exactly 2 years, as soon as the warrantee expired, the battery died. I am really disappointed with the poor quality of Black and Decker products now. I used to have one that lasted years. It was great. I have purchased many items from them but now they are designed poorly and die quickly. I can't believe how bad this thing is.

Battery went bad after a while

It worked great the first few months then the battery became so weak. It would work for the first 20 seconds than got no more suction.

Terrible Battery Life, Great Vacuum.

Batter stopped holding a charge within 1st year. I didn't know it because that was my wife's division of reposibilities (DOR). When she mentioned it, it was already out of warranty. I won't buy another Black and Decker. I've read of so many others having the same problem, you'd think Black and Decker would have had a recall on them and replaced them.

This is the 3rd vacuum we purchased and for the 3rd time it again will not hold a charge. Stay away from this one. Horrible

Poor battery

As everyone else says, the battery life on this thing sucks. I've had mine for almost 2 years and it's completely dead now. It has been slowing down within the last year and its finally given up... time for a new one. Most likely NOT a black+decker
