Bought a month ago and I absolutely love it! I have a lot of pets so pet dander was taking over! But now the air feels lighter, cleaner, and I can breathe better. Amazing!

I bought a new mattress and it smells like dry straw. I leave the Air Filter running, while I am at work, and when I get home my bedroom smells are gone.

Pre Filter issues

The pre filter only lasts 60 days, so why can't I find replacements that fit? All the ones that claim they are for this model are too short and have to be pieced together to act as a pre filter in front of the AER1.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

On the lowest speed it is noisier that the older unit I discarded. It could be there is a rubber grommet or gasket missing of of some of the motor mounts. I would appreciate it if you could check the noise level of others and let me know if that is possible. I would recommend this product but with the exception to the noise factor.
