I bought 2 of these. They have a battery pack that is not replaceable and the battery pack has a very low life, therefore if you buy one, don't expect it work after a couple months, even if it has not been used, just charged and waiting to be used. it's a throwaway vacuum to top off the already filled landfills.

So far (one month) has gone by and I have had no issue with the unit. The team replaced my previous unit as it could not even hold a charge for 10 seconds. This one has not suffered the same issue...yet. (I am hoping it doesn't). Removing it from the charger after 24 hours depletes the "strength" of the pick up power, and when you need it, (it could be days/weeks) it runs very weakly.

This model has a charging problem. I received a replacement last month for the same model and same problem of not charging. Very bad product. Only works for less than a minute at a time. Not worth the money.

I have two hand held vacuums that are hardly what I use to own many years back that was made solid and had interchangeable parts. Now these two I have are different models and the attachments are not interchangeable. That is specifically studied and manufactured that way so the consumer has to purchase additional attachments which causes "sustainable revenue" for the company. But I suppose that if they were manufactured the way they use to be, then consumers would not need to purchase a new one. I wish i WOULD have purchased the black & decker

bought this for christmas in 2016 have yet to do any vacuuming with place on charger and light blinks a few times and the stays on but still have no charge on vacuum thought this would be a great gift since we have asmall dog and it would be great to vacuum our cars i guess not i would not recommend the vacuum to anyone

My first one was hard to get in and out of charger then stopped charging all together. Called customer service and they mailed out new one no charge even though I purchased over a year ago. So far the new one is easier to get in and out and holds charge fairly well. Time will tell.
