I love this thing!

I have owned this for over a year. I love this thing. I have 2 young kids, I love them, but they trash everything. I use this to clean my sofa at least 1 once a month, plus varies spills in my car upholstery. The only bad thing I can say about it so far is you have to clean the entire sofa just for "spot cleaning." It gets the stained area so clean that it stands out, if you don't do all of the sofa. Mine broke a small piece on the handle and they fixed it for free at a local repair shop. I just cleaned my sofa, but next time I will take before and afters pics. Money well spent, and they stand behind the product!

Poor Design

I have to say I am not happy with the design of this machine. The cord is on the left side which is very awkward and always seems to be in the way. You can not see the suction so it is hard to tell if you are getting all the water extracted, this should be visible on your back motion. I am very unhappy and wish I could trade it for another machine. It also leaves a trail of dirty dripping water .
