I have three of them, one in each of my homes, and they are great, easy to use, very user-friendly with great performance. If your are looking for simplicity, reliability and value for your money, investing in a Brother MFC printer would be the best move you you ever made. go get yours.

The printer seems to work sometimes and sometimes not. First Brother machine I've ever owned that was a problem. I won't be a Brother customer in the future.

We have had the printer for about 6 months. We have had paper jams but find them easy to clear. The printer id on our home network. Everyone can print with ease. It works very well

A great value

This product is packed with features that work exceptionally well. Combine this with high capacity ink cartridges available at very low prices and you've got yourself a VERY good value! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the set up is tedious and instruction guide is very confusing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

could be better

First of all, I don't think that the colors come out very bright and pictures appear fuzzy. It's not all that easy to get it installed and with all the iphones out there, it should be easier to use this brother printer with my iphone. I can't get it to work. I used my iphone on my sister-in-laws printer(hp) with no set up and worked perfectly. My iphone can't find any air printers.

I've had several Brother Multifunction printers over the years. I love them but none have lasted for more than 3 years. At that time they exhibited one or another print failure due to a stuck color or double printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
