[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a contractor I find myself using this when traditional fixes just won’t work. I keep some in the truck at all times and it comes in so handy. I have used it plenty and tested it in the shop under several scenarios so I have full confidence in it. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought flex seal to use for various uses. Primarily, the rainy/hurricane season here in SC. I have used it twice so far. Both for hurricane Dorian.
First, I sealed of the bottom of the Lanai to keep water out. Second was on the garage at the bottom of the the door.
The application was smooth. Quite frankly I expected the nozzle to clog up. It didn't. Both applications were fairly easy. I just cut the garage on and peeled it off after the storm. No water on both applications.
Product works as advertised. I recommend highly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to seal up a leaking gutter corner on a cold fall day. I had tried other products that didn't seem to cure and hold. This product sealed the leak and now I will not have a dripping gutter and ice problems.

Stops Gutter Leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it to stop leaks in my rain gutter where the parts fit together. I sprayed four corner gutters that were leaking badly. The main concern: make sure you know where you are aiming the spray and understand the spray is wide right out of the can. If the leak is a small area, as in a gutter leak, I would recommend holding the can more like 3-4 inches from the spot to be sprayed. Otherwise, you may be spraying your house or something else you did not intend to get the black tarry spray on. Clean up can be difficult and stressful. Use short, quick sprays for the best results. Using a good size piece of cardboard as a back drop between the gutter and the house is a good idea (a lot less clean up and a whole lot less stress). Just trash the cardboard when you are done. And, do not forget to hold the can upside down, to clean out the nozzle, when you are finished. This only takes about 2-3 seconds of pressing in on the spray button. We had a full day of heavy rain and no leaks. I'm impressed

Flex Seal Colors Black Really Stops Leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried Flex Seal Colors Black to stop a leak on a 27 year old gutter corner. This gutter corner would drip on my grill so I finally tried this product to stop the leak. I'm glad my neighbor told me to tape and cover the siding and roof before I sprayed because it's hard to control the spray without splatter. Sprayed one coat and 6 hours later a second coat. It stopped the leak so I can now grill without being annoyed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried to use this product on my gutter and it did not do a very good job. My gutter still leaks but not as much. It is also very messy. If you put on several layers it will work better. I have to admit though it is a decent product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sceptical when I got the product, thinking how good could some rubber spray in a can could be. I'm sure it's just going to flake off when it dries, or it's just going to clog the can. I'm here to tell everyone reading this that I was completely wrong!
This stuff just works, on anything you could imagine! It seals tight, it doesn't flake off or peal off! I tried it on some steel steps that are out on my hunting blind. I sprayed each step tread so they wouldn't ice up with the winter precipitation. It dried quickly, and stuck on tight. The steps are made of aluminum. I also sprayed my wooden deck, that the steps are attached to and also stuck very well. The can sprays at almost any angle and the pray is pretty consistent with a pattern.
If there was any complaint at all on the product, it's that it has a very weird smell. It's not disgusting, but I was glad to be in fresh air afterwards.
I'm going to get some more and see if I can use it around the house foundation to seal the gaps where the mice might be coming in.
Overall, I recommend anyone to keep a couple cans around the house for those projects you don't know you have looming.

Great Sealant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a week ago for a problematic roof leak. We had a leak in the garage roof where a nail backed out of the shingles and couldn't reach it to fix it any other way so we used a can of flex seal to see if it would work. Works like a charm. No visible mark left due to it being clear. Highly recommended!!
