Purchased this TV on 11/26/11. It barely last a month because the power module went out (per repair tech). I was shocked b/c the TV looks and perform so good. After a week of waiting, the service tech came back and still couldn't get it going... He needs more part. What's more the tech overtighten the panels and caused dimples on the beautiful front panel. So disappointing because all these things. It's nearly 3 weeks w/o the TV! Wonder if customer service will be as bad... Unlucky customer. :(
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this TV for a little over 6 months now, and as others have expressed, I experienced a failure where the TV simply would not turn on. After dreading a horrible "ship it back" or "take it to the store" response, I was very pleasantly pleased to have the LG help desk promptly schedule an LG technician to come out to my home to fix it. He arrived promptly, knew exactly what the problem was (there WAS a bad batch of parts, but these things DO happen), and fixed it quickly and professionally. Overall, very impressed with the support provided by LG.
Pros: Performance, Quality, superior support

Great picture and very easy to set up. Took me about 20 minuets to put together, plugged it up and I was watching a great picture with outstanding color. I love the anti glare where the reflection from our windows don't show up on the screen like other TV's do. You would not believe the comments we've gotten on this TV, nothing but great response's.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, easy to assamble

this t.v has an amazing picture with some twicking. and was like looking throu a clean window. it was much better then we expected out of a t.v. and for the sound, everyone might be right that it might be poor, but we have surround sound. so for someone that do have an external sound source, the t.v is flawless. amazing qualitly with a great price. good job with this t.v lg, well done.

Great TV easy to set up. Poor speakers but I figured that much with the tv being so thin.

This TV has a great picture

We've been thrilled with our TV since day one! Picture is great, it's easy to use all the features. It paired great with our universal remote. When watching a DVD on bluray, it's a "movie theatre" feel. We love it!

Sharp and Beautiul Picture

This TV has an extremely sharp picture, its like a 3D TV. Even with older TV Programs, somehow this TV brings people, objects etc... right in my living room. The amount paid was well within my budget. Bottom line LIFE IS GOOD!!

I love this TV some of the TV shows actually feel like you are there and that the screen comes to life. I really like the size too it makes everything more realistic. I dont think I could ever go back to a normal TV again.
