This product has good condition and so easy to use but the bad think is you cant print from any brand.

This printer has proved itself to be just what I need in my small home office. The duplex printing option saves me both time and money with both paper and postage, and the quality of the printing is very good.
The only thing that I have found a little difficult is that when I need to do manual printing and printing of envelopes, the paper/envelopes have to be loaded from the back of the printer. This is a little awkward as I have the printer on a shelf, and it means I have to try and move it either forwards or sideways to do that printing. I found it easier to print labels and put them on the envelopes instead.

Overall a good product, but installation instuctions were a bit confusing. USB cord should be included with the product.

This is a backup computer to the Managing Director. Great features which are easy to use. Multiple functions providing a all in one office machine but low space usage.

Great all in one machine, with excellent print quality. Some question of reliability with reports of a yellow ink leaking problem in this model, but epson says this was a problem of ealier machines and is now fixed, Would like to it able to take larger 711 cartridges and the extra sheet feeder (like the wp 4590 that doesnt have wireless), The extra sheet feeder seems to be there in the software. Offering a three year warranty would be a good marketing tactic to convince consumers this is a serious business machine with a 20,000 per month duty cycle(max) - tho recommended duty cycle is 1600 pages /month. the maintence box is a consumable gimmick needing to be changed every 27000 pages. At 8000 page usage I have caught less than 5 mls of ink (by weight) into my maintence box - may have lost some more by evaporation. If this machine can show that it is reliable it might just take offices back to inkjets long term.
Scanning is not as quick as TX610FW but the ADF handles documents well.
