We have been using this KitchenAid dishwasher for about 6 weeks and it gets all our dishes, pots, and glasses spotless. The unit is very quiet and has an excellent selection of features. Easy to load.

Bought this dishwasher at the end of December and was ready to be thrilled. Not the case. While the operation of the unit is barely noticeable (the sound levels are
amazingly quiet), there are other features that I miss from my old unit. The bottom rack is spread out much more than the old unit. I barely fit half the capacity. As for the drying...leaves much to be desired. I am under the belief that I should not have to hand dry dishes when they come out of the dishwasher. The addition of "Spray Jets" on the top rack, gives me less room for glasses and mugs....again, less capacity. So far, not impressed with the new unit. I should have had the old unit repaired. We have been loyal KitchenAid owners, but this experience is leaving me to wonder if I should start looking elsewhere
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this dishwasher about 2 months ago and it has been a dream! My husband loves how durable the roll racks are and I love how even the racks are making it easy to load things evenly. All the dishes come out spotless even with little pre rinsing the dishes!

Bought this dishwasher during our kitchen remodel. Replaced the white model which was only 5 years old but were going for the stainless look. Dishes mostly come out clean. Sometimes there is residue even on the ProWash cycle. Found the utensil basket toke up too much room and ended up cutting it in half to be able to fit more items in the bottom. Works for us.
