We first tried another brand which we returned due to poor drying performance. This Kitchenaid dishwasher does a great job. Of course, it is quiet and aesthetically pleasing as well.

It is amazing that this dishwasher is so quiet. I have to put my ear to it to make sure it is on. Also like how clean my dishes and glassware look. It is a big improvement over my last Kitchenaid Dishwasher.

I could hear when our previous dishwasher was on ----- this new one I can't hear and the only way I know it is on is to look at the indicator light. Both trays slide very easily with the ball bearing assembly.

We bought this product about a month ago for our house. Since our dishwasher is in the island of our kitchen, we needed something that was going to be super quiet. Well that it is!!! We are very pleased with the overall performance of this dishwasher and would highly recommend it.

I am a Kitchenaid super fan; I love their products. We had a Kitchenaid Pro Series before this and it was great. We bought this dishwasher 3 months ago and I cannot imagine using it for another year, much less another 10 years. I have standard 9" plates and they are too tall for this dishwasher(the middle rack spinner hits my plates during the cycle). My cups and bowls don't come clean on the second rack, even after I prerinse. The third rack is completely useless. The trays are unstable and slide around. We were so excited to get this dishwasher, it has been such a disappointment.

I bought this unit a month ago- MAJOR improvement over the 15 year old previous model, but I'm disappointed with the performance of "normal " cycles. Proscrub cycle works great, but takes about 3 1/2 hours to complete! The rack design and adjustability easily accommodates large casseroles and pots as well as larger loads overall. I'm generally happy with the unit.

We have had the dishwasher for a month and love it. It is so quiet, and cleans really well. We also love the space it provides- much more than our last Kenmore Elite. The drying feature is not as quick as we would like, but would definitely recommend the product.
