The fan is very annoying, is always on with stovetop and oven. Also, in the last year it is making a terrible vibrating noise, will now have to call a serviceman to see if it can be fixed, not at all happy with this appliance!!

Do not buy!

Warning: this oven has a fan that turns on whenever the stove is on. Doesn't matter if you're using the oven or the cooktop. Very annoying to be standing over the stove cooking and have cool air blowing out. This info is nowhere to be found in the manual, but it's apparently a known "feature." Will be returning and going with a new range from a different company. Buyer beware.

Terrible appliance and terrible customer service

I agree with previous reviews the fan is very annoying. The control panel that sits directly in front of the burners is made of plastic, there is a lip that is approximately 3/4" high. A pan that had been on the burner was slid across the lip and melted it leaving a large ruff and jagged edge that is white and very unsightly. I called and Electrolux says they will not do anything because it is a cosmetic issue not a functional issue. Very poor product for the money paid. Do not recommend this product. Could not add photos to review

Great Stove!

I have been using this for the past 4 months. The only issue so far this that the 'quick preheat' doesn't actually heat the oven up to full temperature (If you select 450, the oven will beep around 250). Besides that, the stove works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fan is extremely annoying, actually mine came with defect of rattling noise that had to be replaced. The noise and contestant air blowing is so frustrating!!!

Oven not working properly, not even 6 months old

Bought this range in May 2019 and felt the fan cool air whenever it is on. I ignored it and now the oven does not heat up enough for the broil feature. I am fed up with the food not cooking properly. Called Trail Appliances where I bought this from and they will be coming in next week to have a look at it. Gross marks on the top ceramic part, cheap plastic, not worth buying. I am glad that I bought the warranty.

Disappointed

I have had my slide in range for approximately 6 years however it is in our cottage that we only use 7 months a year. I have loved this range but now the computer board appears to have gone! So no heat or oven functions. Very frustrating as we are just back from Florida and in mandatory isolation which means we can’t have a repair man out. Dread to think what this is going to cost. My last range was 26 yrs old and still working when I replaced it.

Very unhappy ! Do not buy !

Finish is coming off control knob/panel area. Very unsightly in my brand new beautiful kitchen.
This area is on the top of the range rather than the usual front there fore getting extra soiled and needing more cleaning. This area needs to be heavy duty super durable being just an inch from the cooktop not the fragile poor quality it is. Would like a refund !
