[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved in to a new home and had this the Frigidaire Gallery® 30'' Slide-In Electric Range picked out. From the amazing look to all of the extra features this model has to offer I couldn't be happier. I just baked all of my annual Christmas cookies in this oven and they all turned out perfect!

Worst experience of my life

Purchased this range the week before Christmas and Christmas eve one of the expandable burners popped, flashed and went dead. Last night..Dec 30, the oven flashed and went dead! Now I cannot use the stove at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no, Lindy02 on behalf of Frigidaire, I apologize for any inconvenience your appliance has caused you and your family. This is absolutely not the experience we wish upon any of our consumers. There are several reasons that could have bearing on the range ceasing to function.
•Power cord- is the power cord plugged in?
•House wiring- is the range on its own dedicated circuit?
•Circuit breaker-is the circuit breaker tripped?
•Plugged into GFI outlet- only use non-GFI outlets for all Frigidaire appliances
If the answer to all of these is no, or if you have any questions, please reconnect with us directly for assistance. Please call our Customer Engagement Center at 877-435-3287 for assistance. The hours for the Customer Engagement Center are 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9am to 6pm EST. Your friendly Frigidaire lady, Ruth

I'm still getting used to the burners as they heat a lot better than the range it replaced, but I couldn't be more happy! I had never baked with convection before and Wow!, I'm feeling deprived! It is fabulous!!
