Very Nice Front Control Oven

I've had the oven for just over 3 months and it works very well. The burners heat fast and the oven cooks very evenly in both normal and convection modes. The only con is that the top is not easy to get sparkling clean. Otherwise, it's a very nice front control oven for the price. Oh, and the smudge proof stainless finish is super too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Attractive, top performing range with "Roscoe-Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This beautiful range replaced our old, unattractive drop-in electric range (with coil-type stove top elements) that finally wore out after 28 years. This Frigidaire is much more attractive with lots more useful features! This range has a fantastic feature we have affectionately nicknamed "Roscoe Lock". That is, the soft touch front panel controls (membrane panel) has a feature where you can not only lock out the buttons (preventing inadvertent turn on by our mischievously curious cat Roscoe) but also locks the oven door from opening! You simply press down on a lock icon for 6 seconds to activate it. No need to worry about prying young fingers (or paws) from turning on the glass/ceramic top surface burners or, the oven! When using this range, the top burners come on instantly and heat the appropriate burner quickly. The stove bakes very well and the racks are easy to pull out. One of the racks has a handy "pull" area which makes it easy to grab (with an oven mitt, of course!). There is also a useful pan storage drawer at the bottom of this range. The smudge-proof stainless steel panels really are smudge proof! I'll be going back to my retailer soon to buy the matching Gallery edition wall mount microwave oven and, eventually, the matching dishwasher. I like buying USA made products whenever possible and this Frigidaire range has rewarded me with superior build quality, a very attractive look, a multitude of features and great performance! I highly recommend this range!

Really makes the Kitchen look finished

Works awesomely, easy to clean and keep clean and all with the reliable Frigidaire name. The whole Gallery Series really looks sharp in our new open kitchen.

Stylish and easy to keep clean

Not happy at all...

Bought the FGES3065KBF model in August 2012 for a second home. We dont use this range often but when we do, we have lots trouble controlling the cooktop. Its either on full heat or just barely warm. I find things either burning or not cooking at all. Very frustrated and plan to replace soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
