Work your way to great skin

I have worked my way up to this disc and it leaves my skin feeling fantastic! I look forward to my weekly exfoliation. The results that I get with this leaves my skin soft and smooth. The disc feels the same from the first time you use it to about the 3rd use, once you get to the 4th I can tell it is not as course but still does a good job.
Definitely work your way up to the more coarse discs don't start of with what you think so you don't over exfoliate your tender skin. The only downside with this was the replacement filter is a little big and does not sit well in my personal microderm.

Thank you for the great review on the red replacement discs for our Personal Microderm products. They are very coarse, and a not a good fit for everyone's skin, but when they are a good fit, they provide an excellent exfoliation!

I love these discs , I have to buy the very coarse, because if I buy the anything lighter they don't work for me. The the very coarse are the best for me.

It sounds like the very coarse discs are perfect for your skin! They provide that deeper exfoliation that you need for noticeable results. It's all about finding the right level of intensity that works for your skin, and it sounds like you've found your sweet spot with the very coarse discs.

My Little happy

I very quickly went from the grey and blue disc to green and finally at red. I find the heavy coarseness to work well on my skin without causing any irritation. My skin feels and looks great from what I can see. No clue what it's doing to my skin cells.

Red Replacement Discs - Very Coarse

Excellent discs especially if you've been using PMD for awhile. I find it's good to start off with the sensitive/medium discs then gradually move up towards these. Or if you already have very oily and "thick" skin these are great for removing dead skin cells to reveal new, fresh, and smooth skin.

Love these discs! My skin

Love these discs! My skin is thick so I need a coarse disc to remove dead skin cells. This is now part of my weekly routine. Wish I had bought this sooner!

I use my PMD once a week and it's made a big noticeable difference in my skincare game. I've noticed a huge shrinkage in my pores, dark spots and my skin tone overall feels more even and bright! Love it.
