cooktop scratches easily

Overall I'm happy with the range, but I feel like the cooktop scratches easily. Years ago, in another house, I bought the cheapest ceramic cooktop range I could find (another brand), and the cooktop held up well for many years. I've had this range for a month and have been very careful, so I was surprised to find a long scratch across the top while I was cleaning it.
Also, I have had a service technician out to replace one of the boards that controls the digital display because while using one of the elements, some display segments for another element were lit when they weren't supposed to be. But the part arrived quickly, and the service appointment was painless.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poorly constructed

While I love the smudgeless stainless, the quality of the parts and sturdiness of this appliance is underwhelming. From the racks to the knobs everything seems cheap and flimsy. Not terribly impressed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice oven but glasstop scratches easily

I like having a double oven. We have had this oven for about 5 months and were able to make multiple dishes (vegetables, potatoes, and meat) for Thanksgiving and Christmas. However, I found that the glasstop scratches easily, although it does still heat up. We haven't had any technical issues with the oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The appliance has worked perfectly. My only tiny complaint is the controls are higher on this range than my old one, and with the microwave above, I have to bend down to see some of the controls.

Lacks in ovens

The cooktop is overall great. However the convection oven and lower oven are lacking.
I wish I would have read reviews prior to purchasing. Seems to take forever to bake anything, even on convection. I need to purchase oven thermometers to confirm baking temps.

3 months old and I am waiting for new parts to repair factory defect. Oven temp is way off. I'll make better judgment post repairs
