Problem with small loads.

I like my dryer but - small loads do not get dry and I have a lot of small loads. The baffles stick out about 5 inches and catch garments, carry them to top of drum , then dump them to bottom. They do not get stirred around nor do they get dry. Needed is a retrofit of baffles which stick out only one or two inches. I would not buy the dryer again because it simply does not meet my needs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i am very happy with this washer and dryer set I have. them work well together and sit on top of one another. even the shortest person in the house can reach with the front load it is so easy. but here in Stockton spring is bad with my two year old and has to have special everything.

This dryer has all that we wanted it to have including the delayed start. We really enjoy how the delayed start and the extended running time to avoid wrinkles has made our life easy! No more stress from putting clothes in the dryer and worry about when they will be ready. Thank you Whirlpool!

Not 'intuitive' - somewhat confusing to use

Most important - this machine cleans clothing very well. That said, its features are confusing and not as "customizable" as advertised. For example, you can choose "Delicate," "Small Load," or "Eco," but not a combination of these. You can choose "Brightest Whites" but then not "Delicate." Sometimes I have a need for "Brightest Whites" and ALSO "Bulky Load." Not possible on this machine. Therefore, I have found this to be a little frustrating and overpriced. I wish I had searched more before purchasing.

Laundry appliances are approaching DVD set up and smartphone's in their complexity and use. Anything to intuitively assist users simply laundering their clothes is appreciated.

I've had this dryer for only about 6 weeks, but so far I'm completely happy with it. It has many more cycles to choose from than I was used to, but the panel on the front lights up all the conditions for each cycle so I eventually figured out that I didn't need to keep the book out all the time to choose a cycle. It works well and it's pretty darned quiet. There's more space than I imagined, though I haven't tried to dry anything really big (like a comforter) in it. I haven't looked at our electric bill yet, so I can't speak to energy savings directly.
