Bad design and low quailty parts

Huge disappointment. Clothes always get stuck between the door and the washing tub, I find holes in anything not made of denim, and now several large holes have developed around the rubber ring that fills the gap between the door and the washing basin.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken when nearing the 3 year mark

Bought his Washer in September 2012, this week heard a loud clanking sound during the spin cycle, repairman said it may cost a whole heap to repair it. I guess I will be buying a new washer soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the features and the overall design of this washer and dryer. They are both complimentary of our modern wash room that we recently remodeled. At first there were some issues with the noise during the spin cycle but then realized we need to add a anti-vibration pad as we have them both on hard tiled floor with no pedestal. Worked great after adding pad.
