I bought this machine a couple of days and I'm thrilled with it! it fits right in and washes beautifully!I hope it lasts me a really long time...

Water Saver Feature

I replaced my whirlpool combo washer/dryer with the new model. The first time I used the washer, I discovered the full load is washed in a half full machine of water. I thought something was wrong with the machine until I looked up this feature in the owner manual. This should be brought to the attention of the purchaser. So, even though this is supposed to be an energy saving feature, I have to use the machine more frequently. I am not sure I would have purchased this model if I knew this in advance. I am not sure I would recommend this product because of this feature.

This product is disappointing

I don't like a number of things about the design. For example, the washer: the machine turns off when the lid is open even as the tank is filling. It feels as though the water won't cover the load so I wind up doing most loads on Large. I don't always want to rinse in cold water. The controls (washer and dryer issue) are too high for short people (I'm 5'2"). For the dryer: all cycles feel Hot, except for air dry which has no heat. There is no delicate cycle and no way to control the temperature on Timed Drying. The dryer cloth gets stuck in the front panel. Worries me that delicate clothing will get stuck and rip.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a few months ago my home has limited space in fits perfect and has the wirlpool high standards love it love it love it

ideal size

Overall very pleased with this washer/dryer combination. It's a little hard to see in washer when taking clothes out with the dryer above but i think this is true of all the combination machines. Washer is a bit loud when doing small or medium size loads but is very good when run on full size load. Washer does good job as far as cleaning clothes and the spin cycle works very well. It's the perfect size for area where we have it. Overall very pleased and would recommend to anyone needing a combination machine.

I've had this unit now for more than a month amd I have no real complaints.. other than the fact that the washer seems a bit smaller than what the dryer comfortably holds and the washer is a little noisy. Other than those things, this machine is well worth it. Its efficient, compact design and mechanically seems to be a quality machine and just what you'd expect from a great brand like whirlpool .

I like the double deck washer dryer. It fits into a small space and is almost iinvisiible. It is easy to move clothes in and out. it has excellent features and is quiet.
