I found this phone easy to use. I haven't had any problems with connectivity. Setting up and using apps is easy. The colors are wonderful and vibrant. It was easy setting up my emails and using the internet.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Need to add the ability to choose which Voice app we would like to run. The stock app is poor to bad.

New to smart phones

This is my first, so I figured, go with the highest rate non-Iphone. It has been nothing but a pleasure. All my friends, family and coworkers "eww" and "ahh" over it. It's large screen, ease of use and 4g speed. At first I was apprehensive about diving into the world of smart phones. Seemed excessive and wasteful. Now it is like my best friend. I use it for nearly all my data task now. I barely use my desktop anymore. I almost feel bad for the old desktop like it is being neglected. Highly recommend this phone.

I have had every android phone on every US carrier and this is by far the quickest,most colorful and easy to use device I have a had so far.
it has plenty of storage and is really easy to navigate.
two thumbs up to samsung for an outstanding device!

I had the first epic and it was okay. I believe the first epic was rushed out and its was delays was the updates. We had to wait for 6 to 8 months for updates. But Im so happy that purchase the new samsung galaxy epic touch II. Its the best cell phone I ever had. Its very fast with no lang, vivid screen, sound quality is good, and very fast upload and download speeds.
