Aside from being an extremely powerful smartphone, the Galaxy Epic 4G Touch (or Galaxy S2) sets the bar for Design and functionality in one slim, stylish device. I do not know how I could possibly use another phone after being spoiled by the Epic 4G. This phone is more powerful then my first desktop PC, technology has come along way and Samsung is truly "pioneering" in the mobile world.
I have owned three Samsung phones, and the Galaxy 2 is the best.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like everything about this phone except for the following.
You have to push the power button every time you want to use the device. I am left handed and the power button is on the right side of the phone. It is awkward to move the index finger up to turn it on. I have to switch hands most of the time to turn the screen on. If I were right handed all that would have to be done is just to press the power button with my thumb, which is located where the power button is.
When the phone is docked in the desktop dock, the notification led does not come on when there is a notification. There are no options to toggle it on. The notification led does come on when the phone is not docked.
This phone should have had NFC! I am now stuck in a two year contract during a period when NFC should start to take off, and I will be left behind. A phone of this caliber should have it.
