Besides the really smooth (slippery) edges, phone is perfect.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: sides too smooth making it easy to drop

Awesome phone, love everything about it! Swipe feature for typing is great. Camera is awesome compared to my BlackBerry.

My First "Smartphone"

In life, I have always been what others call "Lucky". Whenever the sexy pink dressed girl came on the TV I fell in love. The phone she was selling was the Samsung Galaxy 2 S. ALL of my friends bought the other brand of 4G Phones, but I figured that Samsung had probably taken those phones and did everything possible to make theirs better. That was exactly the case. My new Samsung Galaxy 2 S does more than I ever thought a phone could do. It has excellent speech recognition, an 8 MP camera that takes perfect pictures no matter what the lighting. You can personalize just about everything about it, from wallpapers to ringback tones. It has FAR exceeded my expectations in every way. All I have to do is keep it charged (I have a cigarette lighter charger in my car, and the plug in charger at home). My battery has gone down to 30%, but of course, the phone let's you know. I just connect it to the charger, and in about 30 minutes it is ready to get unplugged again and I'm ready to roll. And that doesn't even slow me down because you can use it while it's charging. No down time whatsoever. I am a Ham Radio Operator and it even has an "App" for that. So if I forget my handie talkie at home I can still get "on the air" through the internet. I am so impressed by this product! I am literally "blown away" with all of it's capabilities. And, I'm finding out more cool features every day. My hat is off to the designers and builders of this superior phone! I downloaded 20 albums off of a music website and I still have room for 20,000 more songs! I will not get tired of this product ever. It is the BEST money I have spent in as long as I can remember. Thank you Samsung for making my life not just organized, But FUN again! Sincerely, Dave

Best phone ever!

I waited for Apple to release the "I5" back in October and it was going to be my first iPhone. Man...am I glad they only released the i4!!! This has been the best phone I have ever owned hands down!! I love the video and camera and the screen is unbelievable!
I have tried to turn every Apple owner I know just by letting them hold and see this phone! It sells itself!

Cons: could use more external plugs., could use an external camera control.

Loving it!!!

Just purchased this phone on yesterday and I'm loving it. I had an HTC Hero w/ Google, which was a great phone, but it was time for an upgrade and this definitely is a HUGE upgrade! It will take a while for me to learn all of the cool features, but that's where the 200 page user guide comes in handy :)
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: no hdmi port, bigger than norm but not too big, a tad bit slippery

Best. Phone. Ever

This is my 3rd Samsung phone, and Samsung never disappoints. The screen is beautiful, words cannot describe it. Its can get really bright. I have it turned down all the way and wished it went more.
The only con I see is that this phone can run out of battery pretty fast. You can even lose battery while charging, but that is if you doing a lot of things at once.
Also Swype is the greatest invention, its really easy and fast. Love it.
The only con I can think of is the front facing camera, which I wished was more than 2 MP but even thats not a big deal. Just need a con to make this review look legit ;D
