All around, the best phone I've ever owned. Lightning quick, lots of memory... not sure if there is anything it can't do.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

After a few years of subpar phones it was a relief to feel this one in my hands. The speed of this phone was like a blessing. The screen is a bit big but after a few hours i completely forgot about it. the screen is also spectacular to look at I may be in shock right now, but for me this will last for a while.
As this is my FIRST smart phone, it was a little daunting to think of all I would need to learn. I am pretty tech savy and without help I was able to figure almost everything my smart phone can do. It is an excellent device with many capabilities I did not know existed. It has very customizable home screens, easy navigation for finding apps, settings, and a ton of cool features. As I use the Android Market, I find many free useful apps like a better calendar, gas buddy, free ringtones and wallpapers, and the gps and web access is great too. I find it hard to put it down. I wanted a phone that did great photos and video of the kids, and this certainly does. It is overall an awesome SMART phone that I will highly recommend.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, great camera and video, fast processing, easy navigation
Cons: short battery life with constant use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Phone I've Ever Owned!

I've tried all sorts of phones including the iPhone 4S, HTC Sensation, Motorola Droid, and the Motorola Photon as well as messed with phones like the EVO 4G and others. There isn't a phone out there that can out-display or out-perform this phone. Display is beautiful, speed is insane and the form-factor is unmatched. Most people that check out my phone are pleasantly surprised by it's weight to size ratio. I love this phone and plan on keeping it around for quite some time. Great job Samsung!
This phone is thin, light and has the best screen I've seen on a phone. The camera is also very good along with the built in camera software. The voice command on this phone is also pretty decent. The phone is fast, responsive and does not lag. I got the evo 4g on launch day (June 2010) so my upgrade was due in June 2011. I'm glad I waited three long months for this phone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, fast, very thin, camera, led notification
Cons: don't know when it will get android 4.0 aka ics
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm new to the new genre of SmartPhones, especially touchscreen. I had a BB for a few years and saw no need to upgrade until it died...The GS2 is light with a very nice display...my only complaints about the phone are: the goes into roam a lot while I sitting at home then finds the network; the motion feature lags (landscape to portrait ...vice-versa) even through the setting is on fast; the pan motion works more to one side then the other; the main settings window is not in alpha order; the user manual (for Sprint) is ok but a more detail manual should exist to let newbies how to custom the phone; lastly, even though I see what programs are running I don't have a clue as to which one to stop for sure; and there is NO option accessory for extended battery. The other thing that drives me crazy is the mini-USB port...its very tight and doesn't always feel like its connecting right..in other words, the connection could be smoother like other devices I have the use the micro-USB.
Overall, it took me a while to get use to the touchscreen model (my first) but so far after 2wks it appears to be a solid device...The Galaxy S2 is lightweight, thin, sharp, a great eye-catcher, and has fairly quick 3G speed (its a Sprint thing)...I haven't used an iPhone but for me...WHY BOTHER. The S2 is great.
i have been waiting for a smart phone to really be smart and they did it i love love love my phone it really does it all and with no problems at all. you can't get any better than my phone ! :)
good phone. bought after market battery packs, so i can go all day -- surfing, music, youtube. phone is blazing fast. no other phones can touch this one. try it for yourself.
