only had the phone less than a week but i can see myself keeping this phone for a very long time. picture quality is great, android os is a plus. cant say anything bad about it,
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

Excellent Smart Phone, but GPS problematic

Outstanding features--processing speed, sleek design, etc. But GPS and other sensor issues have detracted from such a quality product. I'm surprised a firmware update hasn't already been produced.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, great speed
Cons: gps/sensor problems

AWESOME PHONE...POOR RECEPTION

THIS PHONE IS AWESOME...IT REALLY IS. However I can only give it 4 stars due to how poor the reception is for both WiFi and cell signal. I hope this can be corrected with a software update. This is the the only issue i have with the phone but it is a considerable one.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def

After two years with my Sprint Hero which I really liked, this phone is AMAZING! it is fast and I love the screen! My daughter just replaced her Blackberry with one and is also in love with it! I am pretty sure that when both my son's phone come up they too will be S2 owners!

Absolutely the best choice in u.s. cell phones. I have used samsung phones exclusively for about 10 years now and I have always appreciated the great quality of this manufacturer products. This phone's processing speed is better than my laptop that's only a year old! The display is fantastic, can't believe it's NOT HD. Chose this phone over the nexus ii (which is also a samsung product) because of the quality of the screen display, camera quality and the top deciding factor was the external micro slot (although with this much memory internal its not necessary). The camera is ridiculous, quality of images is beautiful! The size of the phone itself was a concern (sprint 4.5") but the fact that it's so slim it fits just fine in all my pockets and hand. The size of the screen makes it easy to use the touch screen keyboard.
Only a couple negatives about the phone itself I'd is that there is not an external camera button. An external button makes it easier for those impromptu snap shots. Wish the phone had a front facing speaker, would help make the sound better than cupping the rear speaker to have the sounds come toward you rather than away, and maybe stereo sound?? other than that if you were thinking of the iphone...WHY??? go with the phone that makes what the iphone is made of. Go with the manufacturer who made the voice interface simple.

Blows iPhone 4S away

I am an ex iPhone user. The Samsung Galaxy S2 is superior in design and durability. The screen is much larger and takes a better beating than the iPhone. Check out iPhone 4S vs Galaxy S2. Look at the drop test. Ok, iPhone has Siri. Big deal. If you're looking to get a new smart phone go with the Galaxy S2. You wont be sorry.

This Phone Is Truley EPIC

I really like this phone alot. Big improvement over the Epic 4G especially on battery life. Could go a week before having to charge again and about 3 days if using alot. If your looking to get a new/upgrade phone, this won't dissapoint.
