Just Awful

After I've had it for a month the phone never stops popping up with the message "Voltage to high, Charging Stopped" It's never charging when it says this, but I get the error message at least once every 10 seconds and it vibrates every time it pops up.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, error messages, need a specific usb to plug in
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything on this phone is amazing, with one exception: the battery duration. The camera takes pictures with a high resolution; e-mails, navigation, internet, it is a small pc with a droid world capability, Great Phone!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, really a smart phone
Cons: battery duration
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unreliable

I was impressed with the phone when I first got it but that all changed when I started getting error messages that no one could explain. My carrier was less than helpful until the phone failed completely. Luckily I bought the insurance and got a new phone ( 4 days later and minus the battery). The new phone works well but I now I have an uneasy feeling it may fail me again.

Love the phone but,,,

My wife & I bought 2 of these phones from Sprint. We've owned them for 4 months. In late Dec, when starting up, the phone would periodically say the SD card was damaged. When the frequency increased, I reformatted it and the notices were much fewer. Then, early in March, the phone started to reboot continuously. I was going to swap SD cards with my wifes to see if it was the card or the phone. I discovered my wifes phone didnt even have an SD card in it!! I put mine in her phone and it started the rebooting just like mine did. Now I know the SD card is bad, but why didnt my wifes phone have one? Maybe that explains why she didnt develop a problem. ?
I went to the Sprint website to find out other people are having the same problem. Now, I am beginning to wonder if this phone is damaging SD cards. ??
Today I am going to buy 2 new cards. I will find out over a test of time what the result will be.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I like this phone but especially the operating system. It does have some glitches but so does the other popular phones. The swype feature is the best.

Nice little phone, has lots of features, for its design it has a lot of features. The one I liked/used the most was the camera, the camera on this phone is incredible! Phone calls are crisp, clear, speech is reproduced above what most other phones produce. If this is your first smartphone, you wont be disappointed.

Great features and still a great phone

This phone has been great for the 2 years I have owned it. I just recently upgraded to a S4 but still use this phone for listening to music and streaming videos. I just wish that the case was a little more solid.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: plastic case
I would recommend this to a friend!
