Only a few months old and already issues with USB

usb connector on bottom of phone seems to not work well.
Is the contacts too cheap?? Horrible. And with how warranties are done on these devices this is wicked bad.

Additionally your circuits on this phone for WI-FI is so poor. We have 2 phones. The other one is working well with the WI-FI N in the house. This one only works on WI-FI G
Horrible quality control.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this phone

The phone has more features than I anticipated. I was having an issue with the battery life but after sending it into Samsung for service the battery life is better than it was when I purchased it.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color

PHONE PERFORMS GREAT MAJORITY OF THE TIME, BUT HAS A TENDENCY TO FREEZE AND FORCE CLOSE SOME APPS.

I have owned many Samsung phones. Samsung phones are the first ones I check out. Because they are Easy to learn to use,Samsung phones always, and I say that again."Always" add new advance features to the new models. And still keep the phone easy to use and personalize. Own a Samsung Phone,and make it your phone.

Overall is a good phone and does everything I need from it. There are somethings that could be adjusted such as the fact that it freezes at times, and the shutter noise that it makes when taking a picture. It is too loud and we should be able to shut it off especially when in silent mode. The battery could also be adjusted because it goes out too quickly. Other than that the phone is great for me.

Cons: shutter noise, freezes at time

I owned this for about 6 months before I upgraded to another Sammy Device, but it has a really easy to use frame and layout.
