I LOVE this phone

Does everything I could think of and more. The one drawback... because it is so big it is difficult to dial with one hand.... so I don't. My solution? I use the Voice Command to dial numbers. Works great. Way better than Siri which my wife and daughter have on their iPhones.

I love this phone! I can do everthing but write on it with a pen! The graphics are great as well as the durability. I've dropped it plenty of times (not recommended) but it has held up.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Good phone, bad battery as expected with all smartphones

I love the speed of the phone and the display can't be beat. I navagate the screens fairly well and quickly, there is a certain ease of access. The one downfall, as with all smartphones, the battery goes quickly, but I always expect that. I haven't owned a smartphone that holds a charge for long in regards to things that I use the phones for. I am also upset that there is no 4g in my area, I have a 4g phone, but no service for it, but that is a carrier problem, not a Samsung issue.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: battery as with all smartphones

This could be good IF...

It was more reliable, it often freezes for seconds up to completely. and the last firmware update added some features while taking others away
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Nice features but basic phone & bluetooth functions suffer

Cool features but it drops calls and/or goes into roaming mode more than the other 2 products I bought with the sprint plan. I cant resolve a constant bluetooth compatibility issue with my acura 2012 TL. Bluetooth connectivity keeps cutting in and out making calls dangerous on the road. Don't have this issue with other phones
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, drops calls, bluetooth connectivity issues
