Latest Android Update messed up my phone

Got the phone about 6 months ago. Recently, the Android software was updated on the phone. Since then, my wi-fi connection to my home network failed to work. Phone said out of range when 1 foot away. Other devices much further found router. Also, said had to data roam, cause I was out of network, which was untrue.
Sprint support tried everything, then had to reset the phone completely, which lost all of the apps. All now have to be re-installed. Just started doing that..

i am very pleased with all performance and features! my only qualm (as with many other smartphone users), is short battery life. but that may be cuz i have 140+ apps! lol
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def

I traded in my iPhone for this one cuz my girl kept pressuring me....i must say I'm not only shocked but I'm very satisfied. Price, performance, reliability, etc.etc all have met my goals considering they must have been high coming from an iPhone to this. A lit of ppl say "oh its really jus preference"...well that's true to a degree. This has way more flexibility than an iPhone and way less restrictions.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, beautiful
Cons: could be a lil cheaper
