Coming from the original Galaxy S (Captivate) this one would be amazing. Well i was not let down AT ALL. This phone stock out of the box is the fastest phone ive ever seen. Packing 4.52 inches of super amoled plus beauty its the greatest piece of entertainment ive ever owned. Out of the box everything was zippy no lags what so ever. Gps works amazing locks in under 5 seconds EVERYTIME. If anyone wants to know what phone to get. Well sit this bad boy next to the Iphone 4s , any htc , the new motorola droid razr. You will not want anything but this phone as its WAYYYY faster than the others plus the much larger and brighter display will WOW you. All the other phones look like 1989 tvs compared these samsungs. The Galaxy S2 is the #1 rated phone in the world for a reason and ill tell you what it shows. There is 100 other reasons i can tell you why i will only buy these phones. The only draw back is they didnt use the woflson sound chip from the original galaxy s and the screen IS NOT scratch proof like the original. The galaxy s you could slam off concrete 6000 times on purpose and never get a scratch this one is not so tough. Its not fragile either!! i rate it 12/10 go use a Verizon "Droid" phone any of them and you will see what im saying. Samsung galaxy anything is top notch

I have had 3 HTC phones before buying this one and i love it! I have 2 Samsung TV's and am happy with the cellphone addition. The phone is fast, lightweight, and has awesome picture. I'm already raving over my phone.

A great phone by far, I have other samsung products that perform the same way.......beats the iphone also, larger screen and all features as good if not better.......very light also !!!!!!!!!!

I have only had my phone for 6 hours and its amazing. I have used many Android powered phones but none that can compare to this phone. The screen is enormous, bright and the resolution is HD and then some. The speed of this phone is unexplainable for a hand held device. There is only one downside I see to it and that is trying to put the thing down after unboxing it!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable
Cons: addictive

Hands-down the BEST Android phone yet!

I had an HTC EVO 4G and thought they were the contender for the iPhone. Then the screen broke and I had to get the newer, smaller EVO or go Samsung.I chose the Galaxy S ll and couldn't be happier! Better color, lighter, FASTER...Samsung is the clear leader in Android phones and iPhone users don't know what they are missing!

Best phone I've ever had. Love the screen. Video streaming on Wifi is top notch. Just wish I could back it all up like on my old Centro.
