I waited till late at night to try this, with all lights off and pure darkness, and at the medium setting it successfully illuminated the whole room.. I really enjoyed this, the only drawback i found was the need of 4 'D' batteries versus a usb charge or solar powered. But the amount of illumination it provided is not comparable to other less illuminating lights either. I love it!

Great Battery Operated Lantern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I really enjoyed Energizer's Weather Ready Folding Lantern. It's weather resist with a 3-click adjustable luminous light. You can create dim to bright high-beam light. On the low dim mode, it creates 100 lumens of light and on the high mode, it creates 500 lumens of light. Great LED lantern. Easy to fold and adjust. Pretty sturdy for the most part. I did use 4 D Energizer batteries while testing this product. I was able to use it for many hours and it still had a lot of juice left to it. It says it can last up to 50 hours. Very happy with this product and I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Energizer Weather Ready Folding Lantern is great. It is lightweight and easy to carry It gives off just the perfect amount of light. It’s durable and works great in the rain. I’d definitely recommend it for every household. It’s great for camping too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very useful device. LED light was very bright. It was very useful while my husband was fixing the car at night. I also used it to read a book late at night. The battery does last a long time and is easy to replace when needed. Would definitely recommend.
