Weatherproof lightweight lantern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so let me start by saying I am lucky enough to live in 3 different parts of this country throughout the year. I spend summers up in White Mountains, NH and Boston and then winters down in Florida. My point is that in every house I need many flashlights because of all the different storms we get and how many times a year we lose power. Well this one flashlight has replaced about 4 average sized ones up in my NH house. This product is really great because its very lightweight, battery operated, and incredibly bright. I turned off all my lights just to see how much of my home was illuminated by this lantern, and was shocked. It honestly felt like I had a LED lamp pugged in, I mean this thing is bright. I couldn't tell you how long the batteries last but it does take 4Ds so I imagine they last quite awhile. Another thing I really like about this lantern is its weatherproof. It wont get ruined in the rain/snow. I will definitely be investing in a few of these for each one of my homes.
