Nice warm reading light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this little book light. It's very lightweight, which is awesome for travel. It's also slim, and easy to tuck away into a pouch or pocket in a bag.
The light is described as warm LED, and I fully agree -- I enjoy the tone of it. The neck of the light is easy to bend and customize the position. I have tried it with both paperback and hardback books, as well as a magazine, and it worked well with everything. I would say that the glossy pages of the magazine did reflect the light, but it was still readable.
One possible con for this item is that it's rather bright. I personally didn't find it to be too bright to use if pointed directly at your reading material, but if faced outwards, it does tend to light up a small space pretty well. I also like the clip -- intuitive, and non-intrusive on the pages of what you're reading -- no damage.
Lastly, it has a little nub under the light used for clipping it to itself for compact storage. Works pretty well.
One feature I'd like to see for a future model would be two light settings -- one this bright, and one dimmer, for when you truly want low light.
I can't speak to the full capacity of the battery, but so far have used for about 10 hours and I don't notice a drop in intensity.
All in all a great little product. I'll be using often!

Versatile and strong!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a neat little light! The clip is sturdy, the flexible arm holds great shape without being too pliable, and it comes with batteries! The light is bright, but not disruptive for night reading. This can be used for more than just reading. For example, I clipped it in my standing jewelry box and attached it in my pantry for better lighting and accessibility.

Bright light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This book light has a very bright shine and is fairly lightweight. The clip is soft but firm and non slip which I like. It can be repositioned to suit your needs. I didn’t give it 5 stars because since it is so bright it kind of sucks if it shines in your eyes, which can happen when you’re moving it around. I wish there was a way to adjust the brightness level. If you’re reading in complete darkness it certainly lights everything up well. Maybe too much for just reading a book.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for our 23 year old daughter. She loves books and during the time read is about all you can do. It will be in her Easter basket on Sunday. I love how it is so small and compact to fit at the top of a book.

Compact, bright, and portable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want a compact, lightweight reading light, this is a good bet. The light is nice and bright and illuminates my book well. The drawbacks are that it is a blue book light, not a yellow one (for those who have trouble falling asleep, this could be a consideration), and that the clip is small. It's good for being compact, but doesn't allow you to grip more than the cover and a few pages. The clip grips well, but doesn't come padded like some other clips. Overall not a bad option, depending on your needs..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Energizer Book Light about 1 ½ weeks ago and I love it. It’s lightweight and the shape is very sleek, not in the least bulky like some other book lights that I own. I’ve tried it with my tablet, hard and paperback books and how I use it the most is with my notebooks where I have my crochet patterns written in, and it works well with all of them, stays in the place, flexible enough that I’m able to set it to where I need the light the most and it doesn’t leave a crimp on my pages. It gives out the perfect amount of illumination, not too bright and not too dim.
The Energizer Book Light comes with two CR2032 batteries (FYI: you can find these batteries at your local dollar store) and changing the batteries is very easy, you just need to remove 2 tiny screws, found right below where the light is located, and remove the cover, make sure to look at how the battery placement is so you can replace them in the same manner. Once you’ve done that replace the cover and the 2 tiny screws and viola you are set to go.
I highly recommend the Energizer Book Light.

Perfect little book light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can turn out all the lights in the room and cozy up with a comfy blanket and a good book. This little light is bright and very light weight, it clips easily to books. The clip its self is very small perfect for books so it won't clip to anything more than a couple cm wide. When I'm not using it on a book I clipped it to my charger cord that hangs over my bed and I am able to use it as a little night light when I need to get up to use the rest room at night. It's perfect!
