[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2013- love the look of it. Little difficult to keeping it shiny clean on the outside. Few issues with the ice maker. 2021- stopped cooling. Found out it was the Freon that had leaked out. Didn’t have it fixed...to hard to find the leak. Purchased a new one.
I’ve had many problems with my LG washer and this refrigerator. The ice maker was replaced under warranty then the compressor had to be replaced which was partially covered under warranty. For the past several months my ice maker makes ice but has dispensing issues. I can’t afford to repair it so I keep a hair dryer by the refrigerator and have to use it at least once a day to loosen the cubes from the tray. It makes loud clanking noises and just keep trying to dump some cubes. When everything works it’s great but there are many problems.

The new converter is about 2 yrs old and giving us trouble again. A reset got it working for about 2 weeks. Now acting up again. None of the service providers we were provided work on the converter.
