Horrible quality - Never buy LG again.

Love My Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we redid our kitchen, we were looking for new appliances, we found this fridge and I was afraid we would not be able to afford this model. But my husband searched till he found one for me!!! I love the interior, the looks and how easy it is to clean. The freezer having the extra tray to pull out is a great feature for small items not to get lost in the freezer. I would recommend this fridge to anyone!!

Great Features, but Freezes up once a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features, bought the counter depth model which is much smaller than what I was used to. Problem is, the back panel has frozen once a year since I bought it. Service comes out annually, replaces the back panel, and it happens like clockwork annually.

Loudest Refrigerator Ever!

This new "linear compressor" vibrates my entire kitchen and sounds like a jackhammer! I have tried several suggested fixes and nothing helps more than a few minutes. You can hear it from three rooms away!

Great Fridge, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this fridge for several years. I can't tell you how many people have problems figuring out the water/ice dispenser. Thinking they're about to dispense ice, they'll push the water dispenser accidentally, spilling water everywhere. It happens ALL the time. I actually created a sticker for the fridge to help people figure it out. Aside from that inconvenience, the fridge works well, as does the ice maker and freezer.
