Great once we figured out a small issue

When we first got this fridge it was making a strange sound and we were told that it was normal but after hearing it constantly we decided to contact customer service once again and they sent a technician out to inspect it. He found an issue with a fan and once he replaced it we have not heard that grinding noise since.
We are really happy with this fridge and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

It is all and more of what I imagined

First of all, we love the counter depth refrigerator. It has given us a foot more of space in our kitchen. The look of it is sleek, and very pretty. There is so much more room in the refrigerator part just by having the doors open so wide and the way the shelves are situated. We love the "deli" section is what we call the small drawer at the bottom of it. Plenty of room for bottles,etc. Of course the freezer is wonderful with the deeper sections, small fold out on the door and the two drawers. We also like where the ice is made and hidden from view. Way to go LG. We are two very happy customers.

My only issue is the ice maker & finger prints

I love my LG my problem is the ice maker and finger prints on the front of it. No matter what I clean it with it still leaves marks. The ice maker is use less I can never get ice from it. I have to open the door to get any ice at all.

Extremely loud

The refrigerator has many nice features, however, it is extremely loud when the compressor is running. Not only does the compressor make a good deal of noise, it vibrates the refrigerator thereby vibrating the glass contents inside. This creates additional noise to the point that I hate to be in the kitchen. We are slightly beyond warranty and have been told any repairs will be on us. I'm almost to the point of donating it to a charity and starting over with a different brand. I would NOT recommend this LG.

Reading the manual!

Bought this two years ago and have had no problems. Works great and looks great too. I have been reading the manual recently after a kitchen renovation during which it sat in the dining room for several months -- it seems to have survived the ordeal just fine. The manual is very informative....from tips that help with cleaning, how to change the filters etc.....to how to get diagnostic help via cell phone. You can send signals to LG that may reveal what your problem is. I was impressed, did not try it as its New Year's Eve, but it sounds wonderful.

Love it the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have enjoyed our French Door Refrigerator and the conveniences that it gives with the ice and water capabilities. Only issue we have had is with the freezer fan. The service technician for our refrigerator was prompt, courteous and very knowledgable.
