In love with a fridge....

Why did I wait so long????? I LOVE this fridge!
We replaced a 6 year old side-by-side with the LG counter-depth french door and couldn't be happier. No more struggling to fit large pizza boxes or roasting pans into a too narrow space. My Aunt and Uncle have sworn by LG appliances for years, so it was a no brainer when purchasing. Did a lot of shopping around and price comparisons to find the best possible deal and ended up saving a ton of money making this a very economical purchase in the long run.
We haven't any of the issues noted by others regarding ice production, lack of cold water, or condensation. The quality of the stainless finish is phenomenal and a wipe down every few days keeps the water spots at bay.
The old side-by-side has found it's calling as a beer and soda fridge in the garage.

Although this refrigerator is priced higher than other models (because it is counter depth), every thing about it is first class. Lots of storage, great layout, and attractive.

Amazing space in a counter depth

We've had this LG model for several months and it's been a champ. Style, function, quality, and capacity are hard to beat for the price. Unless you're looking for a built in and are willing to pay a built in kind of price I'd highly recommend looking at this LG.

Super Quiet

This fridge is everything I wanted and a touch more. I got the counter depth model and it fits perfectly in my space. It is super quiet, love the way the freezer door shuts and seals itself, kinda cool. It was a little pricey but so far, only having it less than a month, well worth the little extra money.

Replace a full depth side by side with this fridge. I was afraid that the smaller cu footage would be a problem. However, that was not the case. Somehow the design provided more efficient food storage. It has also given us extra space so two people can be working in that area of the kitchen at the same time. Positives: Great visibility to food. Stuff isn't getting "lost". Easy to use ice maker/cold water--no confusion anymore as to where the switch is set. Negative: Wish the three bins for veggies, etc were only two so I could get large packages of produce in.

A very pleasant surprise

We needed a counter depth refrigerator very quickly, because we were having a dinner party for 25 guests in just four days. The beauty of the refrigerator was enhanced by the excellent features and thoughtful planning by the designers. No inside space was taken up by the water and ice dispensers, and both the freezer and refrigerator sections were more than ample size. We are enjoying the french door design, and the convenience of using our LG refrigerator.
