Behring is the only paint I buy

I tried many different brands to find the right shade when I first painted my home 16 years ago. Behr was by far the shade. Once I found the shade, I found that Behr had the best coverage of any of the other four brands that I had tried and tested on a wall. I only buy Behr for interior and exterior now.

Nothing to Criticize

I can't say anything bad about this paint. It spreads easily, has excellent hiding power and gives a tough, durable coating. In formulating a paint, it's easy to cut corners & fill a bucket with something that looks just like any other paint. That's why it can be tough to convince the average consumer to spend more on better quality. The difference doesn't become apparent until it's applied and until it begins to age & weather. Putting a quality coating on your house is like putting money in the bank. It's a layer of protection that's worth doing right the first time. This is a product that can be trusted, and believe me, being confident that you made a sound improvement to your largest investment is money well spent. This line of paints also offers a great color palette.

Premium Plus Satin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no complaints about the paint itself. We bought what our paint contractor recommended. I gave 4 stars because the samples they sell only come in the flat finish. The final product ended up being much lighter because of the satin finish. I would recommend investing in a quart of each color and the finish you are thinking about.

first time exterior paint use

I've used Behr interior paints for many, many years. This is my first time using the exterior paint. Home Depot color matched from paint samples that I had on a color stick. The match was perfect and I ordered my first 5 gallon container of exterior house paint. My house is quite large and I'll use at least 15 gallons on my cedar shingles. I'll use another almost 5 gallons of trim paint as I have 40 windows and 3 foot eaves. My house is what you call a cross gable meaning I have 4 equal sized gable ends. It takes me all summer to do the whole house.
The 5 gallon container is both convenient and money saving. The handy screw on pour spout is a must have and works like a charm. The paint flows on easily and sticks to the brush and has fewer drips than a lot of other paints. The satin finish is pleasing to look at and has a glow to it as seen with the sun setting. I rate Behr exterior paints very highly and would recommend them for any outdoor projects.

Spray Application

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we painted our Florida CBS home this spring with a paint sprayer. The paint covered well, never clogged, and clean up was easy. The paint has had 4 months to age so the home now looks like one that does not need painted rather than one that has just been painted.

Premium Plus Exterior Satin Enamel...Marquee...

We bought 15 gallons of the BAJA color in top of the line BEHR Marquee exterior satin enamel paint and only had to do one coat on our two-story detached garage and 2+ story home. We used the green moss trim colors on shutters, garage and service, front/entry doors and it all just glistens in the Spring sunshine. We don't want to paint again for some time and that's why we used this superior premium paint by BEHR.

Patio furniture looks like new

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up some mid- century patio furniture that was in desparate need of attention. I sanded the surface and sprayed the furniture with Behr Premium Plus Exterior Satin Paint/Primer in one. The paint flowed great in my sprayer and left a very smooth, even professional looking final product. No primer coat necessary!

Good for House Trailers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to cover a dark blue finish with a solid white. Behr covered most of it excellently with just one coat. I just needed minimal touch-up with a 2nd coat. Apllications worked on both 60 degree and 75 degree days.
