Great coverage!

I started in the Spring by painting my out building Barn Red using a solid stain, and brushing the trim in Flat White, I sprayed it and that project took about 4 days over a long weekend, the trim was done in a few weeks of doing it after work about an hour or so at a time when I had time. Now I am painting my home that is sided with T1-11, in Behr Naturalism with Flat White Trim, and while I am not enjoying the experience of painting every one of those cracks by hand with a brush, I will say that the paint has performed beyond my expectations. The paint on my home was at least 18 years old, it was faded, uneven and tired, the Bher I lais on covered very well. I had to purchase base paint from three different lots, and had it mixed at two different stores, I was very careful to not take a single gallon of paint around a corner, still if you look at any corner on my house the paint on both sides of the corner appears to match perfectly. I painted the large faces of my house on weekends, and the smaller faces on week days after work and even using this method I did not end up with mismatch or visable stop start marks, I used to do visual color matching at a previous job so if there was color mismatch I would spot it and I can't see any. My only complaint is that because of the timing of the Fall sale and the weather this year I ended up with some trim that will need to be painted in Spring, and then all the trim will need a second coat of paint before it gets too hot to paint, Behr does not control so I can complain about it but it isn't their fault. I will mention that the main body of my home is painted in a color that required Behr "Deep Base" and that covered so well that one coat looked great on almost the entire house, the White trim paint I used was the "Ultra Pure White" Flat Enamel and the coverage of that, even over white, was less than stellar.
