Love This Range

Had this range for about 8 years and loved it. Never had a problem. After we moved, we really missed it. So when we needed to replace the range in our new house we bought this one again.

I love it. Great range

The oven is great and all types of bakinh go well. However, I hate that the knobs are made of plastic and get easily broken and it is impossible to find original replacements, I have only found other bad quality ones that are also smaller than the original.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this oven. We have had it for 6 years and we are just now replacing the oven light bulbs, and I use at least 4 times a week!!

Total Disappointment

Purchased home and had new cafe appliances in kitchen. The range has been a disappointment since day one. 1- Grates aren’t even so cookware wobbles, very annoying. 2- burners don’t heat evenly. 3- oven doesn’t heat evenly and regulating temperature is nonexistent. 4- The bottom oven won’t heat constantly tripping breaker, found reason is gfi must be installed according to code and will not work on gfi according to GE customer service rep. Haven’t been able to bake consistently never know what mood the oven is in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you're finding that your burners aren't heating evenly, you may want to try cleaning them to see if this helps. Take a look at the following article for some cleaning tips:

The spark igniter on a Gas Range or Cooktop may cause a GFCI to trip, so it is recommended that outlets be configured such that local building code does not require GFCI protection.

Excellent Quality and Reliable

In daily use for over 10 years, one minor repair in all that time. Never used self cleaning. Bottom electric oven was great for warming and some baking. Still working without any issues but thinking of replacing with a GE Cafe Induction Range.
I would recommend this to a friend!

1st stove in 2019- new replacement not much better

We purchased a double oven gas stove in 1-2019
Uneven heat, burner adjustment was horrible. Many repairs later they replaced with a single door oven. Same burner issues and we live with it. Now the unit shuts off almost always on startup when the oven reaches 205 degrees. Fan does not start as required. Unit shuts down. These ovens are nothing like the quality of older units. We had our original GE appliances for 20 years. It is the reason we chose GE again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have not one problem with this range. Recently bought a Moagram range because we have had no problems with any of our GE products. Highly recommended.
