I love this stove!! Can cook so much with the extra baking drawer - you can cook a casserole in baking drawer while cooking your meat in the regular oven - so convenient when you have different foods cooked at different temperatures. And I also Love Love Love the turbo boil and simmer feature. Can't say anything negative about this stove....
We bought this range because it looks good, and it delivers on that front. For some reason, it doesn't actually perform as well the cheaper unit we replaced. Everything takes longer to cook, and the "power boil" burners don't seem to really boil water any faster. Maybe by a few seconds, but the name left me expecting something more rapid. I do like the griddle insert, though it's a pretty small surface are.
Once strange design feature is that they have a cavity in the back where the gas connector hose can fit to allow it to sit flush against the wall. But there's no way to attach the hose t the back of the range to ensure it stays in the cavity. So it ends up popping out and creating a gap between the unit and the wall anyway. A five-cent plastic clip would fix it.
If you like the look and have the money, buy it; but you can get equal or better performance for much less from other GE ranges.
We've had our stove for about two months and love it! The stainless top makes for amazing cleanup!!! Cooks wonderfully and evenly, gas burners are powerful! Love the built in thermometer for meat! Love Love Love it!
I've only had the stove for a few days, but it looks great in my kitchen! I'm really excited about having the baking drawer as well. Will come in very handy on holidays when cooking for my large family.

I've owned the GE Cafe model closest to this one for three years now. I am over-all very pleased with the performance and reliability of this range. The fan noise when the oven exceeds 350 does not bother me, but may bother some. The rear fan exhaust can disturb the back right rear simmering burner. I purchased the optional 6" raised back-guard which redirects the exhaust upwards a little more. The oven temperature is spot on accurate after a simple and very easy to do calibration. The convection system works brilliantly! The big burners upfront require large pots/pans. The "warming-baking" drawer is 110 electric, so you actually need about 20-30 minutes for it to heat to temperature. The heavy grates if careless will scratch the steel, but the range top is easy to keep clean. I have roasted meats with the temperature probe to perfection, the broiler works very well too but it is electric so broiling with this range takes longer than if the broiler was gas. I am very glad I bought this range as an alternative to those high end ranges I wanted but could not afford. This range split the differences between the high end and mid tier qualities and features perfectly.
This thing has some serious BTU power. The only thing missing in my kitchen now is my crown and scepter so I can lord over my kingdom of culinary creations!
