Exceeds Expectations

Purchased 4 months ago. Very happy with it. It is extremely easy to clean after use. The controls are convenient. Enjoy the two burners with quick boil, griddle is used often and drawer has been very helpful as a warmer and for baking. This range has exceeded expectations, especially the ease of cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too noisy

I have had this stove for a year. It is fine, looks pretty good. I have two issues. The fan, even when not using convection mode is too noisy and runs the whole time you bake and for about 20 minutes after. I never knew an oven needed a fan, but I was told it is to cool the electrical panel. Really a drag.
Also the burners are set to high and the flame doesn't start to lessen until you turn the knob to 2 or 3, so most burners just stay high and that is a drawback. I was told it might be adjustable by a screw behind the knob, but I couldn't get the screw to turn. Meanwhile, you have to keep a close watch not to burn your food.

Beautiful oven but hard to maintain the beauty....

We've had the oven for about a year now. It's so beautiful and works perfect. Love all the features. However the brushed stainless finish on top of the oven scratches too easily when cleaning. We can't seam to find the best solution. When taking the grates off, it's makes even deeper scratches. Makes me crazy because we spent so much on this oven.

This stove top and oven are amazing! The quality is superb! We considered other restaurant grade ranges, but this was the most cost effective. The Cafe line of appliances are the best we have seen and enjoy the quality and elegance they display in our kitchen!

A little disappointed

I was so excited to get this new range! I have had an electric stove for over 30 years and am now delighted to have gas. The range is beautiful and has a very low back ledge, so it looks more like a slide-in than a freestanding. I have LP and it did come with a conversion kit. A professional changed the orafices and found it confusing due to the poor instructions. The stove top scratches very easily. I have handled the stove with great care, yet several scratches have appeared. The oven drawer heats very SLOWLY! I turned it on for the first time preparing Easter brunch to use just as a warming drawer. I set the thermostat at 250 degrees, but after half an hour or more it still hadn't reached that temperature. I can't imaging how long it will take to reach a normal baking temperature. The regular oven works great! It is big and foods bake evenly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
