High performer

In a short time of ownership, I have used nearly all features of the product. The griddle, the lower warming drawer, the 3 racks in the oven, the power boil, and the low flame simmer. The only downside for me was the rounded edge stainless steele design, which was not my style, but I very happy I got it for the previously mentioned features. It is also very easy to clean for a gas range.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great oven and stove

We have this stove for about 4 months now. It is wonderful! Cooks and bakes very well. Stove top is very easy to clean, I just use warm soapy dish soap on the stainless steel to clean, then polish with a water based polish for stainless steel. I do this once a a week to keep it looking like new. As for the cooking grids, they are cast iron, so I just use a wet sponge. But at times need to use a tooth brush if more cleaning is required.
As for the performance of this oven and stove, it's top notch. We have made many things using both stove top and ovens. We don't eat out, so we use this everyday. We have made roasts, homemade pizza, lasagna, and baked goods, all come out perfectly cooked, and evenly heated. The bottom oven is great for dinner rolls, french fries, or frozen pizza, yes it does take a little bit of practice getting things in and out, but once you get the hang of it, it's great. Also love that I don't have to use my big oven for smaller items.
I have not used the griddle yet, so I cannot comment on that option, but if it is anything like the rest of this appliance, I'm sure I'll love it!

OMG this stove!!

I love my cafe range! Every feature works exactly like it is supposed to and it is beautiful to boot! The middle griddle feature is used so much here at home, from pancakes to bacon and even simply grilling up onions for our burgers! I could not be more pleased with this product. My only issue is not realizing how "soft" the metal is. Dont use anything "scratchy" to clean the surface with. It will leave scratch marks. But it only takes one time to realize that!

Best oven ever

It 's been 6 months since buying and utilizing this range almost on a daily basis. It has helped me to appreciate cooking to the extreme. The oven keeps an even temperature and provides a dependable basis to experiment cooking a variety of foods. Don't know how I did without it before hand.

This Stove is a perfect size. It has a large oven for those large Turkey's and Ham's during the Holidays. The burners are great. Gas is the only way to cook!!!

Had it since Dec '14 and no problems thus far. Only comment I have is that the super burner doesn't boil water any faster than the regular burner.
