Hot Dang 20k BTU

Ever since this has been installed I have reignited my passion for cooking. There is nothing better then a burner that can throw 20k BTU's for a perfect sear. I love this range!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of oven space, convection bake and roast is nice, extra oven drawer very handy for additional foods. Love the gas cooktop. wish there was an indicator light that showed if cooktop was left on or bumped on. But, overall, I really like this range and enjoy cooking.

Love the warming drawer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You don't need 6 burners all the time so to waste space in your kitchen for a 36" range was not my idea. Having a center burner for those times is perfect. Love, love love the warming drawer, makes meals come out hot all at once. The look of the range is professional .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking stove! Fan noise is LOUD, knobs drag on flange, stainless cooktop should ONLY be used for display! Anyone that cooks KNOWS things will spill, drip, boil over etc. Cleaning that cook top is a NIGHTMARE! The broiler should be a radiant broiler in such a high end unit!

I'm happy with the cook top, good heat and even distribution. I haven't tried the griddle or the warming drawer yet. I read plenty of reviews at sites other than GE before purchasing, nobody mentioned the noisy oven fan that runs the entire time oven is in use and after oven turned off. I won't recommend this product until GE does something about the fan noise. I hope they do a recall to fix the noise problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Display clock/panel does not light up.

I ordered this stove/oven for our cabin. The delivery was 4 hours late (not the ovens fault) so I was unable to try the oven out when it arrived due to needing to return home for kids. I just had the first chance to use it. The burners are nice. The clock display does not light up. You can touch the pad and get the oven to turn on, clear/off etc. but you can not read the temp, time, or what function it is on. I did contact the store and they are submnitting the issue to customer service. The issue is the distance to the cabin and the next time I am here we have a college graduation party.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
