I received the wrong bike. I’ve contacted support THREE times! Twice by send message to support and once by phone. They connected me to a VM, and I left a message. I have not heard from them. At all. I want the bike I paid for. This was a Christmas present and he is just stuck looking at a box with a bike that he can not ride. Huffy support sucks! I’m contacting my card company for a refund.
